Text Box: I am Peter Day. God willing, I will be your new curate in July 2010. Father John asked me to write some background information about myself for the parish magazine; I found that this is quite a tricky thing to do! So, my wife, Holly, suggested that she interview me instead.

I am 42 years old and was born and grew up in Northampton. I have been teaching Religious Studies for the past three years at a secondary school in Banbury, Oxfordshire. I have a PhD in Theology and am training for the priesthood at Ripon College, Cuddesdon on a part-time ‘mixed mode’ course.
